About this property

Premier location just one block to Queen Street Beach. Bring the whole family and enjoy your vacation in this 6 bedroom 2.5 bath home. The rental consists of the first and second floor and offers a first floor living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and back bedroom. The second floor has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping for 16. THe 1st floor back bedroom offers a bunk bed with a trundle underneath. The second floor has 2 Queen beds, 1 double, 1 king with trundles under each side, a queen futon in the far back bedroom and a queen sofa in the first floor living room. The third floor can be rented separately to accommodate an additional 5 guests. Rented with the 3rd floor apartment it can accommodate 22 people. The property offers a combination of central air and window units. Sit on the wonderful front porch and enjoy the sites of Cape May go by. Grill in your back yard and relax after a day at the beach. There is a $350 Cleaning fee. The property is Dog friendly for a $300 pet fee for 1 dog. Street Parking only. The third floor entrance is off the back of the house or if rented together there is an inside entrance. Just off of Madison Avenue.

Great visit

We had a great time. The house is located one block away from the beach, it’s 3-5 mins walking distance. It’s also closed to the Cape May Zoo. The check in process was easy and smooth. The minor problem is the noise from the 3rd floor early in the morning. We only rented the first and second floor, we didnt rent the 3rd floor. We woke up really early in the morning due to noise.
