Outdoor Oasis: The true magic happens in the huge, open backyard as the sun sets. Imagine yourself gathered around your private fire pit, enjoying the beautiful string lights and a good glass of wine after grilling dinner.



Unique Experience: We provide an instant film camera for you to capture the moment. Add your picture to our memory wall and leave a piece of your story behind.

The home was very close to Blue Springs state park. The pictures are accurate and it was very clean and well kept. The layout is great for you do not know your in a duplex. Would definitely stay again for another adventure. The host responds quickly and very friendly.

Great place to stay in Deland

This property was perfect for our 10-day stay in the area to visit my mom who lives locally. The property is freshly and tastefully decorated and well-equipped. It has an open plan kitchen/diner and living room and feels nice and spacious. We only used one of the bedrooms but the bed was super-comfortable. Highly recommend for a short or long stay in Deland and we will certainly look to stay again in future.

Great communication with the owner. Very clean and cute house! Issues with the wood furniture outside, but we were able to find other lawn chairs to sit in and the owner was understanding when I let him know. Great stay and would recommend!

Once we found this incredible spring to discover and looked around, we could not look any further because this house was exactly what we needed for our trip and relaxing stay! If you want to spend the day at Blue Springs State Park, this is the closest house with everthing we needed. The living room is spacious, kitchen practical, bedrooms cozy and awesome backyard with fire pit to end the day!We will definitely return with our friends and family to enjoy this State Park while knowing our safety and comfort resides with this house during our trip! Great place to stay

My son and I needed a place to stay for a baseball tourney. This place was very nice and clean. Easy check in and out. Beds were very comfortable, Had a fire pit that we did not use because all of our games were at night. But it looked very nice. About a 35 minute drive to the beach. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Super close to blue springs state park

It’s just a few mins drive to the blue springs state park. Had some problem with their Nest AC but was able to resolve it with Alberto. I would bring some extra toiletries if staying for more than a day. The kitchen had most of what we needed. Neighborhood felt safe.

Blue Springs Manatees

We stayed for two nights. The two bedroom one bath was adequate. If we had another couple or children, the bathroom would have been a bit too small. Any concerns or problems were handled promptly with humility to our satisfaction. Great place to come back to after spending time with the manatees.

Nice trip

The property was nice. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. My only complaint is the lack of supplies. We had to buy things like trash bags, paper products and dish towels. The house itself was nice and roomy. Great water pressure in the shower and a garage.

The home was clean and welcoming. Very easy check in. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the shortage of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and bath soap dispensers in the shower were empty). No dish drain and only one dish towel provided in the kitchen.
