Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment with your own private entrance to the unit. The only shared space is the laundry area in the basement.

Violators of house rules will be escorted out immediately
-No parties/events
-No smoking or drug use in or around the property
-Quiet time after 9:00PM
-Only disclosed guests may stay in the unit
