This waterfront condo has beautiful views of Clam Bay and has direct access to Marco Beach. As a matter of fact, this is the only condo complex on the Island that is on the water and has private beach access. The view from the balcony is gorgeous it looks directly at the large bay and the lush tropical landscape. The condo features a beautiful fully stocked kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. You have a spacious living area, dining table for 4, and a breakfast counter bar. One of the big perks is that you have your own washer & dryer in the condo. The location is perfect, not only are you on the water and across the street from the beach, but you are also walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The complex has a heated pool, several walking paths, and a tennis & pickleball center.
