Come enjoy this bright first-floor "garden-style", walk-out condo at the South Seas East community (Our building is only 2 levels). Enjoy the views of the beautiful tropical grounds and only 20 steps to a heated pool. The open floor plan is perfect for entertainment and family bonding. Wake up to morning sunshine and then enjoy the spectacular sunset views of the Gulf! South Seas East is a gated community with private and easy beach access to Tigertail and Marco beaches. It has 5 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts plus 4 more pickleball courts under construction, 2 bocce courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, a putting green, and a small fitness room. Also has boating, fishing docks, BBQ grills, chickee huts, kayak storage and many other activities to enjoy with your loved ones. If you would like to bring your boat, you can rent a boat slip just steps from condo in the bay through the South Seas Club. Condo rental includes a covered carport, high-speed wifi, cable TVs, washer/dryer in unit, two bikes, beach chairs and more! One rental allowed per month per condo association requirement. This is Island living at its best!
