Newly remodeled, courtyard villa, King-size bed, Queen-size bed, walking distance to Spanish Springs Town Center, convenient to shopping. Brand New Washer & Dryer. New A/C just installed.

This Courtyard Villa is just 0.3 miles to the center of Spanish Springs Square. You’ll recognize Spanish Springs Town Square by its unique fabled history from the exteriors of the shops to the fountains on the square. Walk to nightly entertainment.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom comes with King Size bed in the Master Bedroom. Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Sofa Bed in the living room. 75-inch TV. Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment and WiFi. Home has been fully remodeled including brand new floors/kitchen/bathroom.

Entry is a keypad which we will provide the access code prior to arrival so check in is contactless.

Golf Carts are available to rent at nearby locations.

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was enclosed for our dog and was very private and quiet. We were happy to have all the Spanish Springs Square businesses within walking distance. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great Property & Location

The property was clean and the host was very thoughtful. He was prompt to all of our inquiries usually responding with 15 minutes. The home was within walking distance to Spanish Spring Square. We enjoyed many days and nights of good food, shopping and great music. It was a very fun filled week.

This is a villa in a quiet and close area to the town square and our family thought it would be fun to invest in this property that is so close and make it feel like a home to others. We want to provide a wonderful, clean, and homely experience to visitors of The Villages. Our family is very passionate to make wonderful experiences and memories for others!

This Courtyard Villa is just 0.3 miles to the center of Spanish Springs Square. You’ll recognize Spanish Springs Town Square by its unique fabled history from the exteriors of the shops to the fountains on the square. Walk to nightly entertainment.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom comes with King Size bed in the Master Bedroom. Queen bed in the guest bedroom. 75-inch TV. Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment and wifi. Home has been fully remodeled including brand new floors/kitchen/bathroom.

The space
This Villa has a fully enclosed yard with a table, chairs and umbrella. You can also enjoy the practice putting green. We even included a Golden Tee Golf Arcade machine for others to have maybe a fun nostalgic moment from the past and enjoy a quick game. Or in you have younger ones with you, to have a wonderful game to keep them occupied and happy!
