A perfect place for a couple or single person to relax. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed , closet to hang clothes and a TV. Also, there is a lazy boy and small table to sit at to read or write postcards!
The cozy living room has a new couch and TV. 5 minute walk to historic Manistee and Manistee River. Close to all the beaches.
Guest access the apartment using the door on the left hand side of the property labeled as 12 1/2 Clay St.
Bath only with handheld /mounted shower for sit down shower only due to lower headroom.
Small chair provided.
