Are you looking for a lakeside get-away? Come to HILLTOP HAVEN & enjoy a GORGEOUS LAKEFRONT VIEW! This lake house has a view of two of the five lakes in Hilltop Lakes, Texas and includes four newly decorated bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 set of Twin bunk beds, 1 Twin daybed & 1 Twin trundle bed), two full luxurious bathrooms, a comfortable living, dining & fully furnished galley kitchen to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Relax with coffee or wine on the HUGE deck in this lower-level duplex on Kickapoo Lake with access to multiple neighborhood amenities, which include golf, mini-golf, fishing, a Texas shaped community swimming pool, local restaurant, club & use of all five area lakes.

We are Nathan & Robin; owners of Hilltop Haven and we live on the property. After 30+ years of city living, we decided to move away from the hustle and bustle to the beautiful lakeside community of Hilltop Lakes. We have a large family and wanted a gathering place for everyone as well as a place to call home into our retirement. In that process, we found this 1963 split-level home (STAIRS required to enter the home) that had a fantastic view, great bones and just needed a little TLC. So, in January 2023 we began updating this 60's beauty with the plan to share the gorgeous location with others through VRBO. Our hope is to provide a "Haven" from every-day life. We work remotely full-time so proceeds earned through VRBO will be re-invested to continue updating and improving this beautiful lakeside home. We hope your family and friends will choose to pay us a visit to enjoy all that Hilltop Lakes has to offer.

Family Va-Ca!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our family vacation! The house is beautiful and cozy and the split floor plan is perfect for two families. And the lake view is just amazing! Nathan and Robin know exactly how to make guests feel welcomed! Looking forward to the next stay!

Lake Retreat

We had the BEST stay at the Hilltop Lakes retreat and the hosts Nathan and Robin were beyond accommodating and helpful! They made sure our stay was great and that we had everything we needed including golf tee times, laundry and the most gorgeous lake side view ever! We road paddle boards and kayaks around the lake while our grand babies played and laughed all day! Such a beautiful property and location. Can’t wait to go back and drink coffee on that porch!

Fabulous stay, great view of fireworks

We had a great friends weekend at this Hilltop Lakes home. The fireworks show was literally right in front of us, so we had a front row seat without having to drive before or after, not to mention access to AC, restrooms and snacks. Plenty of room for everyone, and there were plenty of supplies for our home cooked meals in the kitchen. We also had cookouts our two nights there, so it all worked out beautifully. Hosts are very responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommend,

The best place for a weekend getaway

Home is lovely and in a prime lake spot. It’s private and right off the water. Perfect for hosting a family getaway. Plenty of space for our party of 7, all adults and one toddler. We even got some fishing in and just floated the lake before coming in and having some food on the grill. The home is clean and decorated well. We also drove the ten minutes into town and ate at a place called “the spot” where we chatted with the owner for a bit. Friendly people, everywhere we went. This is definitely on my list of favorite places and will absolutely recommend to all my lake loving friends and the kids are already saying they want to go back.

Amazing Duplex!!

What a sweet spot we stumbled upon! The lake view is incredible and the house was so well stocked. Beds were comfy, and we all had a wonderful time. The only downside is that we had no idea it was a duplex and the owners would be staying above us for the weekend. It turned out to be totally fine, it was just a surprise at first, as I didn't see anything in the listing regarding this possibility.
