We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG

Beyond Our Expectations

I cannot express enough, just how perfect our stay was, at this property. Both houses were not only aesthetically beautiful, but it was immaculate, and the attention to every detail needed to make it a pleasurable experience, was provided. Absolutely beautiful!!!!

Needs Improvements

We shared a long list of items with the property manager, so hopefully it helps provide a much better experience than what we had–disappointing, stressful & unenjoyable. We booked a 5-star hotel to actually sleep well & relax. Cleanliness: It’s average to what you see with home rentals, but we did have higher expectations for this property. It could use a deep cleaning if it hasn’t had one. What’s defined as “clean” can vary from person to person. 5 stars would be walking on the floors & rugs without filth transferring to your bare feet or white socks. Other issues were communicated to the property manager during our stay, e.g., grill with caked on residue from previous uses though it’s mentioned in the host’s rule book to clean the grill, overflowing grease trap, litter on the deck, patio furniture had debris & was soaked so it was unusable, shower floor slippery from soap scum & shower walls + curtains are filthy, unwashed bedding, and other things. Accuracy: In the theater house the toilet & dishwasher was out of order, and the A/C unit was broken because it wasn’t cooling. More pain points that we shared with the property manager were: empty propane tanks, wasp nests, odor from dead animal decomposing, ants in the main house bedrooms & loft bed areas, both main house upstairs bathrooms don’t have locks, and more stuff. Communication: He was responsive, but notice of the issue with the A/C or toilet out of order would have been really helpful ahead of our arrival.

Wonderful family home!

Came to visit last minute with my family. It was the perfect home for the occasion. Plenty of space to spread out, enjoy the pool, even just a quick walk down the street to ice cream. Would highly recommend!
