Welcome to our charming and cozy mid century home,6 bedrooms with 5 private baths, nestled in just about 2 miles from Indian Rocks Beach (12 mins drive) 7 miles to Clearwater beach ( 17 min s drive) our home away from home, close to restaurants, airports, attractions, supermarkets , and Phinellas park and bike trail.
Close to shopping and finest restaurants and nightlife in town. We have sought to equipped our home with about anything you anticipate you would need and be comfortable , owner lives close by so just reach out or shoot us a message if you need anything.
Enjoy and splash at our luxurious solar heated pool(heat pump available for cold nights with a fee ), soak up on hot tub (available upon request with a $250 charge for entire stay that will be assessed after booking and confirmation upon request) We are pet friendly home with breed restrictions ($100 per pet fee)

Wedding

The house was beautiful and a perfect place to spend the days leading up to our wedding and following our wedding with our friends and family. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool and hot tub were great to have. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Overnight stay

We stayed only for a night but were pleased by the cleanliness and condition of the house. It’s spacious and has everything you might need during your stay. All the beds were great to accommodate all our guests comfortably. Backyard, pool, jacuzzi and BBQ were a super plus. Really enjoyed our stay, would book again!

Florida wedding group

Large spaces property for a family or group. Easy to get a hold of the owner Joseph is very nice and friendly. All in all beautiful home and it met our criteria.

Great layout and nice neighborhood

Only “flaw” was screen around pool/yard was ripped open in places but we didn’t use pool as it was cold weather. Otherwise it was great and would for sure book again.

Beautiful home!

We were in town for my daughter’s New Year’s Eve wedding, had family from out of state stay with us, and we brought our small dog with us. The house was terrific and they even had a Christmas tree up which was so nice! We all had a great time! Would definitely stay again!

Incredible House and Location

Our guests were highly impressed with the venue and all its amenities. Due to its many rooms, we were able to have a beautiful reunion of friends and families that we'll remember for years to come. It is also near shops, the beach, and anything else you may need, which is great if you need to rush out and get anything. I would gladly reserve it out in the future if we ever need a larger house near the beach again.

This house was perfect for our family of 15. Each smaller family group had a level for the rooms and bathrooms, which was perfect. The living area was great for hanging out with the whole group, and yet cozy enough for finding a corner to slip into alone. Joseph was a great host, very quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely stay here again if we come to the Tampa area!

Spacious/Beautiful

This place was super clean and spacious for a large family! We enjoyed the screened in porch/pool area! The kitchen was accommodating for our needs! Close to the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Wonderful experience! 5 stars for my overall experience! Bonus: It snowed 1 foot from our home town Minnesota while we were in sunny Florida!! 😎

Family Vacation

The property was what we expected. We had a couple issues that Joseph helped us figure out, in a timely manner. Also, we needed a highchair, and they had one dropped off within hours. We thought the neighborhood and location was perfect for us. Lots of fun things to do and see, less than 30 minutes away. Our family had a fantastic and very memorable time staying in this property. (FYI: One of the bedrooms with a single bed doesn't have a door.)

Spacious Family Fun Property

In general, we were pleased with our stay. The property has large open space which makes it great for groups. There were more than enough bathrooms. The house was spotless. There were numerous family-oriented games and activities available. Our major concern was that the heater for the pool was not operational which of course is necessary in February. The owner, Joseph jumped through hoops trying to get it fixed while we were there, and he did give us a small refund when asked but we booked this property specifically on the property having a heated pool. Another minor issue is that the description of the number of bedrooms on the listing should be corrected. There are not 8 bedrooms. All in all we have a fun stay and appreciate Joseph letting us use his beautiful property.

Great with a few exceptions

Pros: (1) beautiful house with ample space (accommodated 10 adults, 3 kids, and 1 dog), a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole, huge driveway, and a garage; (2) location is within a very reasonable distance to not only the beaches, but also many restaurants and grocery stores; (3) neighborhood is very safe (4) house was clean (5) house contained every imaginable kitchen appliance and utensils, the bathrooms had essential toiletries and towels, there were pool towels, and the bedrooms had clean sheets and all other linen. Cons: (1) AC in the upstairs open room that doesn’t have a door did not function during the entire stay; (2) communication with host was fine overall; however, when I informed the host about the same AC not functioning, I was told that the lower/main level AC was big enough to cool the entire house and that the AC guy could come take a look the next day. No AC guy ever came during the entire stay and there was no further communication from the host about it. I set the lower/main level AC to 67 to try and cool the upstairs area, but the air did not reach the upstairs area. Because the lower/main level AC was set to a lower temperature in an attempt to make the upstairs area more bearable in such hot temperatures, the AC started to leak.

Graduation trip for grand daughter

House was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet. Close to grocey stores, beaches, basically anywhere you wanted to go in the Clearwater, Largo area. House was clean on arrival. I liked that we did not need a key to enter the home. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Over all a great place for a large family to stay!

Family Vacation in Florida 2025

Joseph and Sonia were really helpful from start to finish! They answered multiple questions we had even prior to arriving in Largo for our stay. While we were there, they were quick to answer any questions we had about the house, and even fix any small issues we had! We would definitely stay here again. The house was great for our large group. We were 12 people and our ages ranged from 10 to 70. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature. The house had all the supplies we needed to cook while we were visiting, plenty of storage for our items, and all the things we needed for a perfect beach day! It was also helpful to have an extra refrigerator in the garage for overflow of food and drinks! The house is located in a quiet little neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We were a quick drive to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Nice location, nice home & boat ride is a must

Perfect home for entertaining my family including 7 grandchildren. The optional boat ride is amazing. Joseph & Sonia are great hosts. Make sure you are sent code for access 24 hours prior to check in. Watch the fridge in garage for proper cooling, lost some food. Would definitely return.
