Lovely cottage, can’t beat the location. Walking distance to lots of food options and North Shore park. Small, but clean, had everything we needed for a wonderful week in St. Pete with our family of four.
The cottage was very clean and in a perfect location. Our only issues were the bathroom still had duct tape over the electrical outlet and fan and the kitchen sink drained slowly.

Thank you for your wonderful review! Always welcome back :)
Absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Bed was extremely confortable. Communication was perfect. We unexpectedly had to check in a day early and the host was so accommodating. The neighborhood was wonderful. So many places to walk with our dog. Tons of restaurants within walking distance plus Vinoy Park and downtown St Pete. We barely moved our car during our weeks stay. Would most definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Thank you for this lovely review! You are welcome back anytime! :)
The place is cute but small, and there are several cracks in the walls. When we got there the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working and there was duct tape over the switch which was an issue for usOverall clean and decent location!
First time staying here and won’t be the last! Great location, clean and communication was on point. Quiet little neighborhood walking distance to dt St Pete. Highly recommend
Nice cottage in a quiet area, plenty of space for 2 adults. Lots of bars, restaurants, Vinoy Park, and St. Pete pier within reasonable walking distance. Communication with host was great. Would definitely start here again.
We enjoyed our stay, great location. Well appointed with an accurate listing, it was just what we needed for a quick couple nights in St. Pete, with this reasonable price we would definitely stay again. Thank you.
We enjoyed our stay during Saint Pete Pride! It was only 14-18mins walk to the Park. 8 minute drive to the Central District which made the Uber cheap. Nearby shops and restaurants also walking distance. Our beds were super comfortable, with enough pillows and towels. Super clean place, will definitely try to book again for next year's pride. Thank you!

Thank you! We look forward to hosting you again in the future! :)
This cottage is adorable! Beds were comfortable and amenities were perfect. Standing at 5’2” on a good day, I felt tall but comfortable in this cottage. My son is a big and tall man. He said it was comfortable for him too- he just had to be creative in the shower. It is close to so many great places.
Booked for 2 weeks for parents stay while visiting. They had a rental car while here and apartment had parking on site making any trip extremely easy and convenient. Place was stocked with a little bit of everything and with some forethought of what guests might need to make a stay comfortable. This place was everything we needed it to be and more. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your review! Having the driveway is definitely super convenient and unique for St. Petersburg! We hope to host you again in the future! :)
A very cozy little house made us feel welcome right away. The owner's love for detail was visible everywhere. We had coffee there to enjoy on our first morning, night lights in every room, and even two beach chairs and a sun umbrella to take to the beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered porch and explored the historic neighborhood during walks. Downtown is just a few minutes drive, and our now favorite beach, Pass a Grille, only about a ten minute drive. We felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location, location, location!
If you are looking to enjoy downtown St. Pete and all it has to offer, this place is a wonderful place to stay as a base!
You can get to most everything in a 5 minute drive or a lovely leisurely walk. Minutes from the Vinoy, Straub Park and the Pier. We dined at several local restaurants via a 5 minute uber/lyft ride.
The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Even allowing us more time to park 1 car while we brunched on Sunday after checking out.
Thanks so much!

Thank you so much Michelle! It was our pleasure to host you and your guests! Please come back again! :)
Pros: great neighborhood and location, close to park, restaurants and supermarket, comfortable beds and accommodations, everything was very clean, nice kitchen stocked with herbs, spices, pots and pans and dishes. It is nice to have a parking spot in this neighborhood where parking spots are hard to find.
CONS: This place may be a little challenging for the Big and Tall as the ceiling is low in some areas and the sofa is a little small. That said, it is a cottage and the place is great! And I would feel comfortable recommending this cottage to anybody.

A cottage in an alley.
This is a cottage in the back of a house. It is in an alley, and when you look out of the windows you see garbage cans. The sofa on the front porch looks at the fence and house at the front of the property, and the driveway and entrance are not attractive. The house is quite small -- particularly the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom sink is the smallest we've ever seen, actually. HOWEVER -- the management was prompt, the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would not have 4 people stay there. It was barely comfortable for two.
