About this property

Ski the greatest snow on earth!

Stay in our beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom townhouse while you enjoy skiing at Park City Mountain resort. Since the Vail Corporation merged the Canyons with Park City Mountain Resort, it is now the largest ski resort in America. In addition, the Canyons opened its beautiful and challenging golf course in 2015. You can enjoy the active Park City lifestyle year-round at our conveniently located townhouse, from world class skiing and dining to mountain biking and golf.

We have A/C units installed on the top floor master bedroom and in the main floor/living area of the unit.

Our town home is part of the Red Pine condominiums which is located at the base of the Canyons Village of the Park City Mountain Resort with easy access to the ski hill. It is a short walk from our townhouse (about 1/4 mile/5-10 minutes) to the resort cabriolet where you can begin your ski day. You can also ride the free shuttle (the shuttle stop is only 50 yards from the townhouse door) to the mountain village.

We finished an extensive remodel on our town home in January 2013. The main level of the unit has beautiful, wide-planked hardwood floors. The great room provides the perfect place to relax with a large leather sofa, flat screen TV, and a 20 foot rock fireplace. Our updated kitchen has beautiful knotty alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and all you need to prep and cook meals during your stay.

Each of our four bathrooms has knotty alder cabinetry, granite countertops, tile floors, and tile showers.

Our townhome is comfortably spread out over three levels. The top floor consists of a master bedroom and bathroom suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a television, and a gas fireplace. The master bath has a dual vanity and a large shower with two shower heads and a Euro-style glass door.

The middle floor of the unit has a cedar planked bunk room with a built-in full size bunk bed and vaulted ceilings. It also has a private bathroom with shower. The kitchen, dining room, and great room are all on this middle level.

There are two bedrooms on the bottom floor, each with their own full bathroom. One has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a double on the top. The other bedroom has a king size bed. Both have a flat screen TV.

The townhouse accommodates parking for two cars, one in a covered carport, and it has an outdoor locking closet for ski and bike storage. A small deck offers beautiful mountain views with stairs leading to a grassy (or snowy) common area. The condo is 200 feet from the Red Pine Clubhouse which has two heated swimming pools, an outdoor and indoor hot tub, a sauna, and a children's pool. There are also four tennis courts and a sand volleyball court.

Fantastic Condo & Location
We highly recommend staying at this condo! It is in a great location to walk to the gondola's to ski. No need to drive your car at all. The condo itself offers all the essentials for the week. Megan is absolutely the best at communicating with you and gets back to you very promptly! We had a great stay and hope to come back!

Impeccable Place
This place was perfect for two families of four. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom/space, and the house was impeccably clean and well-stocked. We took the free van (CV Connect) to and from the base every day, it could not be any more convenient.

Best Red Pine Unit
This unit is the nicest Red Pine of the many we’ve stayed in over the years. Updated. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. And spotlessly clean!

Perfect ski home
We truly enjoyed this Park City Canyon townhome. Warm, cozy, with all the amenities of home, yet definitely feel like you’re on vacation in beautiful surroundings, clean and well decorated. Of note, hadn’t thought about this before, but having a bathroom in each bedroom is a huge plus. We had 3 adult couples, but could have added 4 kids comfortably. We are most appreciative of the responsiveness of Megan, she is just a text away, so you feel extremely well cared for. Thanks!

We grew up in the Salt Lake area but have lived outside of Utah for the past 20 years. We were super excited to buy a property in Park City to enjoy with family and friends. It is a great family destination for skiing, biking, hiking, and running, all in a place we still consider home.

Why they chose this property

We loved this property specifically because it opened onto the grassy common area, and yet, it was tucked into the trees which offered shade from the summer sun and added privacy. Access to the ski hill is so easy. We also love summer in Park City with all the parks and trails that are so well maintained.

What makes this property unique

We call our unit Wintersong. It offers escape from the fast pace of our hectic lives. It is spacious and private, but it is also cozy and comfortable. We are constantly making improvements because we want it to be comfortable for our renters as well as for our family.
