ABOUT THE KITCHEN
NEW!! 5 BURNER GAS RANGE AND REFRIDGERATOR!
The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, condiments in the frig, and all the kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could possibly want. Quality pots/pans, Fiesta dishes, baking dishes, crock pot, Instant pot, crockpot.......all of this and more! This is our second home and we have furnished it with everything a guest might need! You will feel the comfort of a home, not a hotel.

ABOUT THE BEDROOMS
The four beautifully furnished bedroom suites are all updated with new linens, spreads, pillows, and accessories. Two bedroom suites are located downstairs, one with a queen bed, and a master suite with a King Bed. Another master is privately located upstairs with a KING BED and walk-in shower. The small bunk room suite is located on the main floor behind the kitchen and also has a walk-in shower. Kids love this room! Perfect for 2 or 3 kids or 1 single adult. The bunkbeds are a full over full size with a small dresser drawers. The three larger bedrooms all have new flatscreen TV's and ALL BEDROOMS HAVE PRIVATE BATHS!

ABOUT OUR CLUBHOUSE:
WINTER: Outdoor heated swimming pool! Hot Tub, Sauna and Dressing Rooms
SUMMER: Clubhouse has 2 large outdoor pools, a kiddie pool and hot tub. In additions, for our summer guests, our clubhouse has beautiful tennis courts and PICKLEBALL COURTS, sanded volleyball courts and horseshoes.

NEW CLEANING STANDARDS!
Although our town homes have always been professionally cleaned between guests, we have added new procedures. An example of what will be cleaned and disinfected:

Door handles
Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains)
Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats
Utensils, cutlery and crockery
Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames
Cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, dustpan, vacuums handles)
Contactless check-in and check-out (smart lock, keyless)
We will also provide hand soap at every sink and disinfectant wipes in every town home.

This townhouse is great. It is very clean, very well equipped and close to the slopes with Canyons Village Connect making it very easy to get to the lifts. Nice, comfortable living space to relax in. Parking for 2 cars is also a big plus. Well equipped kitchen for those wanting to cook. The host is amazing. We rent often, and Jean is the most responsive host we have dealt with. She is organized and attentive.

Really enjoyed our stay in canyons, the shuttle & cabriolet make it really easy to get on the mountain, and you can basically ski back to about 1 min away, so worked out great

Nice condo near the canyons resort.

We had a great comfortable stay with four adults and four kids. Host is very responsive and helpful. If there is enough snow, you can ski most of the way back to the condo from the Canyons base.

Family Ski Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with our kids who met us here from Nashville, Dallas, and Austin. Communication was great ahead of, during, and after our stay. Everything was very easy on check in and out. Great accommodations and very easy access to skiing and downtown Park City. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Beautiful condo just a couple minutes walk to the nearest lift!

First off, the communication with the property owner was excellent! She checked in on us throughout our stay and shared a lot of great information for check-in! The condo was in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the nearest lift. It was very clean and accommodated our group perfectly! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place

We were a group of 6 and the apartment was very comfortable and extremely clean. It’s very well appointed and the owners are very responsive and concerned that you have the best experience. This is not your typical rental where the property managers don’t really care once you have checked in.

We had an amazing stay in Canyons Park City, and our experience was made even better by Jean, the wonderful host! The location of the property was absolutely perfect—right near everything we wanted to explore. Communication w Jean Ann is top notch, as is this great townhouse. Comfortable beds, living area, everything you need in a kitchen (crock pot, instant pot, plenty of dishes & cookware, plus spices, foil, games, a puzzle. Towels, bedding and beds are very comfortable. Great shuttle on call - all the team at Canyon Connect are friendly, helpful, couldn’t be better. View is very nice as well. We’ve been coming to Park City for 5 years, this by far was the best place we stayed! The layout was perfect for 2 couples and 2 10 year olds! The FREE canyons connect shuttle was AMAZING and being able to ski home from right behind the orange bubble was great too (figured this out mid week).Jean Ann was a wonderful host, even checked on us to see if we needed anything! The condo was well stocked and even some left overs from the previous guest, we paid it forward with lots of items we couldn’t pack up and take home! We will be back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhome in the perfect location

This beautifully updated townhouse exceeded our expectations for our family of 5. The location was amazing and the view (mid cabriolet lift) was great. It was the perfect amount of space for the whole family. It comes equipped with everything you could imagine including a fully stocked kitchen. We felt right at home making breakfast and dinners every day during our stay. The property manager was by far the best we’ve ever had. Jean Ann was so accommodating and helpful for the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this property. I know my family can’t wait to return.

Nothing Better than Park City in the Summer!

Great location! Townhome was perfect for hosting our family of 10! Grandkids loved the double bunk beds, Couples had private bedroom w/bathroom, and Grand parents had upstairs privacy! AC and Pool in July was perfect during the 85 degree heat wave! Owners were very helpful when we had issues with Cable TV service. We will be back for a few weeks next year- highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. Not only was the house perfect for or needs, but the interaction with Jean Ann was the best I have ever experienced in all my years of renting through VRBO. Amazing just as before!!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo, and we had a wonderful time again! Communication with the homeowner was excellent! Very friendly and prompt, providing valuable information to make our stay top notch. I love that she checked in on us throughout the visit! Couldn't ask for a better location! Minutes walk to the nearest lift that takes you into the Canyons, plus the Connect shuttle makes getting around a breeze! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you again for a fantastic trip!!

We have 4 children and 10 grandchildren! We all enjoy our time together in the mountains. We are looking forward to retirement and spending more time in Park City.

Why they chose this property

Our attraction to Park City was the convenient 30 minute drive from the SLC airport, the ski resorts, and the quaint downtown area. At the time we purchased our first property the prices were very reasonable compared to Colorado property. Since the 2002 Olympics, Park City is no longer a secret, it has actually exploded with new adventures and has become a popular vacation destination for families.
