We have put our heart and soul into remodeling, decorating, and furnishing A Suite Downtown to make you comfortable and your stay enjoyable. It’s a family affair with Ted, an architect and Karen, an interior designer doing the on-site work, our son Lucas handling bookings and registration services, and our business partner Jamie owner of the Village Buzz.

The apartment is located in Greenwood Lake Village in a building with an eatery. In a three block area, you can walk to bakeries, shops, eateries, taverns, and coffee shops. There is a yoga studio next door, a massage therapist across the street, and a dog park just a block away.
What makes this property unique
Guests have a reserved parking spot if driving. The NJ Transit stop is a block away and since all of Greenwood Lake is walkable, you don't need a car. The bus goes to downtown Warwick with dozens of shops and eateries. There is also a taxi service that covers the entire Warwick Valley area.
