If you’re looking for a quaint quiet place this is it. You are in a very nice antique district community. We went to the Harbor and sat on the benches-very nice and relaxing-drove the beach from one end to the other.
Great off-season location whether you want walk to dinner or walk the beach. Character with modern amenities with just enough space 2 adults can spread out.
The pictures do not match the actual condition of the property. There were crack at the bottom and top of doors leading outside, could see outside through a hole that was in the kitchen, humidity collected on the floor by the French doors, not a clean place, beat up and hot water was Luke warm on a cold night, bedroom was not cozy. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Disappointing knowing we could not get a refund. Do not recommend.
We typically stay with our kids when we visit Pass Christian but all the grands were in town to celebrate our first great granddaughter’s christening so we rented this little cottage. We were only at the cottage to sleep and drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Its location is fabulous. You can see the gulf sitting in the living room. If we’d had time, we would have taken morning and evening walks on the beach. The historic downtown is just steps away with plenty of restaurants easy walking distance. The property, while charming, is a little shabby. It’s shotgun style with a nice size living room and kitchen. A hallway down the side of the house leads to a bathroom and bedroom. It looks like the owner uses the cottage for storage. There’s an alcove in the bedroom with 2 hide-away beds folded up and 2 big metal racks that maybe hold TVs—drapes or a door on this area would be a big improvement. There’s a TV in the bedroom and 2 TVs in the kitchen/living room area within 10 feet of each other-one on the wall that didn’t work and another on a big metal rack that might be a replacement for the one on the wall. The entire cottage could use some love—a good scrubbing and fresh paint would go a long way. It’s a crying shame that the side deck which runs the length of the house can’t be used. there are French doors that open to the deck off the hall and would double the sitting area. However the directions from the rental company says stay off deck.- used for emergencies only.
We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to the effects the Storm Helene had on the Atlanta area. I asked the owner if I could reschedule our trip. They refused, stating that the reason for their refusal was because the storm did not affect the Pass Christian, MS area. They showed no concern for the risk that I and my family would have to endure by driving through a Tropical Storm to reach the property as there was potential for flooding and high winds along the path.

The property was quiet and pleasant. It was exactly what we needed. The check-in process was difficult due to the automatic message for the door code did not get send. It took an hour to get in.
My mom stayed here while she visited the Coast. It is the perfect size for 1-2 people to be comfortable. The bedding was very nice and she appreciated all of the amenities. And the location is great - beautiful view and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops!
My husband and I have stayed here several times. We love the comfort and convenience of this cottage. We walk everywhere. The beach is across the highway. We love this place
Our 1st trip to Pass Christian was unforgettable! The cottage was perfect for my husband and I and our 14 and 9 y/o sons! It was more than we even expected. The location was so great! We enjoyed walking to the Farmer's Market, War Memorial park, and Davis Avenue. The yard games and pear tree were an added bonus. Such a quaint, historical town! Our boys asked if they could move there!
We are already planning our next trip with family!
Great location! Clean and neat. We had 4 people and the space was plenty. Nice kitchen area with bar. Used the community grill for dinner one night. You can see the beach from the front porch. Nice space.
We arrived early due to literal Tornadoes, Severe Thunderstorms and Flash Flooding, host was kind enough to let us check in early. Driving through all that? Shelter was greatly appreciated! There were a cpl of communication issues due to VRBO, the host or possibly even on my end, we worked through those.
The property is as nice if not better than listed. Clean, well furnished. We were looking for a quiet getaway, Pass Christian did not disappoint. If you want a “touristy, partying loud town” keep looking. Pass Christian is quiet, food is great in every direction and walkable from the property. Nice shops with handmade/picked items. There was great fishing off the docks (a 2 minute walk).
We really enjoyed our stay!
Thank You.
This is our second time booking this property. My family loved our last stay so much that we booked 3 condos this stay for family and friends. The location is prime, the property is very clean, and this place is by far one of the nicest places I have stayed. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
Cute cottage. Quiet and easy to get in and out. Short walk to several very nice restaurants. Loved to walk on scenic drive. Ocean view and beautiful old antebellum homes. Spanish Oaks azaleas. People were so friendly
