We are 1 mile from Lake Ouachita's beautiful water. We are 15 minutes away from North Shores Marina. We have 3 boat ramps 1 to 3 miles from house.

What makes this property unique

How house is newly remodeled. With 5 small bedrooms and two bathrooms it is great for large families or multiple familes. Grill in back yard and very clean.
