Lock the doors
DO NOT wash white towels with anything of color. I prefer you don't wash the white towels at all, but I know there are times it may be necessary.
If you need to wash something due to an accidental blood stain. Wash it in cold water first. Check to see if stain remains. If it didn't come out we might need another soak in cold water.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All pets must be declared and added during the booking process. Guests who do not add pets will be charged after booking.
$300 charge for draining, cleaning, and refilling due to misuse, such as rinsing rocks, debris, pets, and removal of the chemical floater

Everything was amazing, starting with the host who communicates quickly and is so nice, to the absolutely beautiful home that is secluded yet close to everything. The home was very well stocked and had lots of little extras, the hot tub was so nice for relaxing after a day of crystal digging, hiking, or exploring, and the patio great for the morning cup of coffee enjoying nature. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we can't wait to go back soon.

This place is absolutely fabulous and our host was so responsive and so sweet. I highly highly highly recommend giving this place a try. My wife and I both enjoyed the seclusion and the peace and quiet but it was still close enough to the city and Hot Springs that we could do everything we wanted to do. It was a perfect stay and couldn't have been any better.

This is such a great property. Everything about it was perfect. Easy access and communication with the hosts.Beautiful house and even better setting. Private, quiet, and well stocked. Only about a 10 minute drive to Hot Springs with so much to do. Great hiking all around the area. Hot Springs Creek Greenway, Garvan Gardens, the Grande Promenade, and Ouachita Lake State park were four of our favorite spots.The wrap around deck is perfection as well.We travelled with our dog, and this was a perfect place for him.

House is very clean and the property is peaceful and beautiful. I especially loved how far the house is set back from the road so you feel like you’re way out in the quiet woods but you’re only a short drive to town for food and shopping. Yoli was very kind and quick to respond when we asked a question. The beds are comfy with soft, cozy sheets. So much natural light with windows everywhere and a lovely view of trees out of each one. My family will be happy to stay here again sometime.
