Enjoy this lovely, updated Direct Beach Front 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in popular Beach Place Condos! A short walk away from all the amenities, chances are, this will be a favorite retreat to return to year after year. Free WiFi included.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #308 is a 1360 square foot beachfront dream that has under gone a complete remodel that includes all new granite kitchen , all new stainless-steel appliances, and new granite bathrooms. New furniture throughout, new tile carpet throughout and a luxurious walk-in shower. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements: King in Master, 2 Queens in 2nd bdrm, 1 Queen in 3rd bdrm. Beach Place 308 also has in unit washer/dryer. This unit offers ONE assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, not bad but the carpets were very soiled. Supplies were good. The sliding door was difficult to open and close.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay was fine until I added an extra night. The combination on the door wasn't reactivated and we were locked out twice. The second time(early evening) after office was closed,no help getting in.

Very sad when you pay so much to stay they can't even accomadate their guest cars. We had to pay an additional $200 in parking for our place condos #308

Great location, issues with property

The location was perfect, although that led to a lot of kids screaming at the pool and running in the halls late at night, as well as super close to the public beach access. Condo was clean but several things don’t work properly (ice machine, dishwasher, dryer, sliding doors, TVs) and it got very hot at night. One room with no mirrors. Overall the stay was fun and good, but those items need fixed before I would return to this exact property.
