Had a blast at Beach Place!
Nice, secure building directly on the beach. Excellent location within walking distance to shopping and dining.
condo ok cleaning staff needs to be fired!
Walked up to the door and said oh no, but don’t judge a book by its cover lol it needs a coat of paint. Walked in and it was nice. I did have to reclean the kitchen. Some of the dishes was dirty and there was grease and food in the drawers. Nasty. There was mold around the vent in the bedroom. There isn’t a blind or curtain leading out to the balcony from the master bedroom. I bought a curtain to drape over the door and it was a good thing. We had painters on a lift out side that door at 7:30am. Boy they would have gotten a eye full. Then the next day they brought our balcony funiture in the living room and painted the balcony which we couldn’t use till the paint dried. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I new this. Plus I had to call and get the codes to get in I never received anything. The last day I spoke to Jeff at the management place and he was very Apologetic. We’ve stayed at a-lot of condos in this three-bedroom condo it was a little different the master bath shares with the living area. The bedroom with two beds has it’s on bath which needs the wallpaper cleaned, it had stuff on it. Those two beds are very hard my son and girlfriend ended up on the couch due to hurting there back. If your use to a hard mattress it will be perfect.
No need to bring towels, chairs, or toys they provide everything u need for the beach.
Thanks for the feedback! We've made sure to get a professional deep cleaning done on the condo, and the painters should be finished up. Glad you enjoyed the area and the beach, and hope to see you again soon!
Perfect all around!
The place was wonderful. Beach at your back door, Johns Pass at your front. Marina around the corner. It was perfect. We're already talking about next year. We found a few items in need of repair and they took care of them right away. Couldn't have asked for a better week!
Great location, beautiful view.
The location is amazing and the view is outstanding! Not very clean, but it’s on the beach so we were kind of expecting that.
Madeira Beach Vacay
John’s Pass area is a heavy tourist area with all the trappings. The condo was clean, and suited our needs quite well with 3 bed/4 beds and two baths for 5 adults and 1 2 yr old. Easy access to pool and beach. Rental chaises and umbrellas available ($30 for 2 chaise and umbrella p/d). Maintenance snd ground keepers working everyday to keep things up, clean and running.
Good, reasonably priced spot for family type vacay.
Great location and loved the beach!
Our family enjoyed our stay! We found the unit to be well decorated and fairly clean with the exception of the moldy shower curtain in the master bath. We know the sand at the beach rental can be hard, but would recommend a better broom to sweep.
The dining room table is nice to have, but we quickly learned after trying to clean it several times that the polyurethane is bad and now sticky. But we found some placemats that helped a lot.
We loved the views from the unit and side door entry to the deck. However, it gets so bright in the master bedroom in the morning. A shade or something would be really helpful so you don’t wake up so early. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
