Quiet tranquil home in West Asheville. 12 min to downtown
Super great location to almost anywhere in AVL. Close to downtown with fabulous restaurants, entertainment, shopping. West Asheville is 1 mile with plenty of great resultants and live music. 15 min to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. If you just want to enjoy staying home and cook I have a full very cookable kitchen with gas stove and convection oven. Large dining room table for family dinners. I have a lovely outdoor deck and lower patio open to a big green and quiet yard surrounded by trees. Deck has a firetable for chillier evenings. Oh did I mention very quiet!
