This newly remodeled house with modern finishes comes with a comfortable king bed, kitchen perfect for cooking, full bathroom with marble walls. Perfect location - 10 min from LAX, beaches, Beverly Hills & everything else LA has to offer!

Other things to note:
→ FREE parking - one car fits right in front of the entrance and it's dedicated to the unit. Public parking on nearby streets is free and availability is high.
→ No commercial productions- if that is your interest there are separate rates
→ Located in a quiet neighborhood with walkable streets all around. It's a detached guest house with a separate entrance from the back alley. Perfect area if you enjoy walking/running. Family oriented area so it is very calm and secure. There is also a park within 5-10 minutes of walking with beautiful surroundings, seating areas, dog park, playground. GREAT area if you have a dog - it is very walkable/safe and the scenery around is absolutely gorgeous.
