Completely renovated Pool Home with an Open floor plan just a short drive to John’s Pass, Pass-a-grille beach, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Tierra Verde and Downtown St. Pete. Walking Distance to Abercrombie Park and the Intracoastal Waters. This home has plenty of space for everyone’s comfort. Two Bedrooms easily accommodates 4 guests with an additional air mattress available for parties up to 6 people. Resort like backyard, outdoor sectional with lounge chairs. The Perfect Vacation Home!

We can not wait to rent this amazing house again next year! From the amazing communication to the owner and property manager to the amazing backyard, this house is perfection! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and you feel so safe and right at home! This house is a 10! Do not hesitate to rent this marvel of a home!

Famous Waters paradise PoolHouse

The experience from Opening the door the first time to an amazing smelling home. Extremely clean, all the amenities and the pool is amazing. Hands down one of the nicest homes we have stayed at. Close to beaches, food and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. High recommend this home.

The perfect vacation home!!!

First off, I have been to a lot of VRBO’s, and this one is hands down the best I have been to. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of trees and greenery. Bonus that it is so close to the beaches, restaurants, and parks. When we first walked in, we immediately noticed how good the place smelled. Waiting for us was a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay, a HANDWRITTEN card specifically for us, as well as an information booklet regarding the house as well as things to do in the area. The home itself was very clean and had every kind of amenity that you could probably think of. If we forgot to pack something, good chances are that they had it. The patio and pool area are like an outdoor oasis. We loved spending time out there! We also loved the variety of different games they had at the house. We brought our 8 month old son with us, and before we booked, we asked if they had a pack and play. The host said that they didn’t, but that he would pick one up for us. When we arrived, there was one set up for us and ready for use. On top of that, they also went and bought some kids beach toys, plates/utensils, baby hangers, and more. We were absolutely shocked!!! The attention to detail was incredible. The host was very responsive and helpful when we asked for anything. Overall, we absolutely loved this place and would recommend it to anyone! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
