Great stay for families interested in sports

We had a wonderful time. Super convenient to Cardinal Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, and all of the shopping/dining areas around them. Our host was attentive, friendly and clear in all communications. We will definitely try to stay here again!

A Great Stay

This property had everything we were looking for and needed. Very conveniently located. Very clean and well maintained. We had a very enjoyable stay while visiting our family in Phoenix. Host is very friendly and had great communication with us. Corine was available and responded quickly to our questions. Recommend if you are visiting the area.

We were there for about 6 weeks.

Lovely home. Beautifully decorated. Corine was a wonderful host responding to questions in a timely manner. She gave us info on things to do in the area. Location was central to a lot of things we wanted to go to see. Will stay again.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to State Farm Stadium, Westgate and so many other great places. The home is spacious, clean, organized and well stocked with anything you could ever need. We had a slight hiccup (user error) with the front door and the hostess was easy to reach, quick to problem solve and incredibly friendly. We will never stay anywhere else when we’re in AZ. We had a great experience hosting Rachael and her family. They were friendly and easy going! The communication was execellent and everything went smoothly. House is exactly what we wanted, with large rooms and high ceilings throughout and has a large enough kitchen to be good for in home entertaining. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with equipment. Only real complaints would be that the toilets were dirty around the bases and the beds had dust and some items under them. There are a lot of little details that need attending to in terms of overall home maintenance, but nothing that really impacted our enjoyment of our stay. We shared these with the host, who plans to address them.Host was extremely attentive, helpful and responsive. There was an issue with a garbage disposal that she had fixed the next day, and when there was a second problem with it the handyman showed up in two hours to address that as well.Neighbourhood is a clean and quiet subdivision away from traffic and noise but still close to grocery stores and major roads - great location for a visitor!

viel altes essen im haus. haus bei ankunft nicht bereit, nachbar hat nach seinem arztbesuch provisorisch nachts gereinigt, gastgeber versprach dafür entschädigung, was sie aber nie gehalten hat. antwortet weder mir noch vrbo auf anfragen. liegenschaft neben park. leute parken dort & hinterlassen abfall. nachbar ist sehr nett, aber achtung vor der gastgeberin. lasst euch alles schriftlich & sofort bestätigen. nehmt photobeweise & informiert vrbo ab dem ersten ereignis.
