Property was just like it was described. We did not read correctly there was a jetted tub not a hot tub. House was extremely clean and beautiful. The view of the lake isn’t the best from the house, but breathtaking from the rocks. The wildlife was wonderful to see watch and it was very peaceful and restful. Not for someone that can’t walk the hill to the rocks and then down to the lake. We enjoyed our time on the lake and at the house. If you are looking for a clean, peaceful, beautiful view this is for you.

Our family had a great time at The Lake House! It was clean, roomy, and very accommodating to our family of 5! It’s a quick trail walk to the water with a beautiful view of the lake! We kayaked (thanks to the host providing 2 kayaks) the lake while some of us fished from the rocks. The hammock is a great place to relax and close your eyes for a while! We enjoyed sitting around the fire and grilling on the back porch. It’s a great stay and a great price!

About the host

Host profile image
I am an artist, living in Little Rock, AR. I also own several rental properties. I personally design, furnish and dress up all of my properties to feel comfortable, fun and tasteful. Feeling comfortable and relaxed and yet visually stimulated while you stay in one of my properties is fundamentally important to me.

Why they chose this property

This house on the lake is designed to let you relax and have fun with your fellow guests. I found this lake house after weeks of searching the area for the right combination of modest size, room to spread out and a view of the lake. Whether you bring your close friends, or your immediate family. You should be able to have fun and let your worries go away for a while.

What makes this property unique

Walk down to the water and swim in the lake. Put a boat in, in less than five minutes. Fish the lake from behind the house. Get in some spectacular trout fishing at The Little Red River in about 15 minutes. Play some golf. You are 5 minutes from The Tannenbaum Golf Course. Read a book in the hammock. Play some poker, some chess, checkers or a few games of Pac Man. Cook a steak on the grill, or a few hot dogs on the fire pit. Watch a movie on the big screen TV at the end of a day on the water. But, don't miss the sunset on the lake from the back deck. It is is sublime!
