Wake up in our sunny & spacious home in the famous Poets Corner, w/ all the amenities you need to feel at home! Just a few blocks from gourmet Highwire coffee, delicious Mexican, Persian, & Spanish food, and 15 min walk from the 4th St. shopping district. Just 2 mi from UC Berkeley! Comfortably sleeps 4+ with 2.5 bedrooms/2.5 baths, & ample parking on quiet one-way street. Fully stocked kitchen incl. gas range & coffee maker, and shared patio with Traeger grill.
The space
2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Main bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite bath. Other bedroom has two twin (or one king) sized beds and a separate crib for babies/toddlers.

Downstairs features an open flow with a living room and kitchen/dining room. There’s a half bath, fully stocked kitchen, and a spare bonus room which can be used as a third bedroom.
