S3, comfy, close to pickleball

S3 Ocean Walk is a very accessible downstairs unit with a king, queen and two twin beds. Such a great place for your family to unwind and relax. There are tvs in all three bedrooms so if you need some space you can retreat to your comfortable bedroom for some rest and privacy.

The kitchen is well stocked and makes it so easy to prepare your meals or to get ready for that beach picnic. . Living room furnishing are comfortable and provide room for the whole family to be together. An outdoor covered patio is also available right off the living room for evening cocktails, a nice place to catch up on your emails or to catch a nice breeze while enjoying your morning cofffee.

The community of Ocean Walk has two very well-maintained pools, two tennis/pickleball courts, small fitness are game areas in the clubhouse, a stocked lake and playground. There is also a dog run and lots of area for you to get outside for some fresh air. We are approximately 1/2 mile of 8 blocks to the pier and village area of St. Simons. An easy walk down the lighted bike paths to enjoy dinner or just a great sunset from the pier and lighthouse areas. Wifi in unit.
Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
