Welcome to American Adventure! This cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Families and friends will love spending time together in the open living and dining space. Outdoors you will enjoy covered sitting areas and amenities of a hot tub, firepit, and dining outside. American Adventure is situated in the private, secluded neighborhood of Woodland Hills on the southern end of Hochatown.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.
