Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. When you contacted us about towels and washcloths, we responded and there were additional linens at the property. If you had let us know you still could not locate them, we would have worked quickly to resolve that, as we routinely do for guests when needed. Because we did not receive any follow-up, we understood the matter had been addressed. Regarding the yard, this home is intentionally marketed as a tropical, outdoor-style property with mature trees and natural surroundings. We maintain regular yard service, but after wind or rain it is possible for branches or debris to appear between service visits. We do still appreciate the feedback and will continue to keep a close eye on the grounds. The hot tub water level is maintained for proper operation and to help prevent overflow during normal use, even if it may appear low visually. We also appreciate the housekeeping feedback and will address the items you mentioned with our cleaning team and during our own inspections. As for the sliding glass door, it is operational. It appears the security pole may have been engaged, which would have prevented it from being opened. We do appreciate you reporting it as a potential safety concern so it could be reviewed. We do wish these concerns had been shared with us during the stay, as we make every effort to resolve issues promptly when given the opportunity. We wish you the best moving forward.
