Watch the sunrise over the beautiful Indian River Lagoon from the large screened-in patio & pool or from the family room or master bedroom - directly across the river from the Kennedy Space Center. Enjoy watching dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and blue herons, and space launches too! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home sits on a large one-acre lot and features a large family room with fireplace, large dining area & living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, covered parking, high speed wireless internet, three cable TVs, and washer/dryer.
Staying at Heron Landing is all about peaceful relaxation, with plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. Please understand that this is a well-maintained older home in a rural setting. You will drive through a small older mobile home park with quiet, friendly residents to get to the house. This home and park have been in our family since the 1960’s.
Shortest commute to Kennedy Space Center. Disney World and Orlando attractions 40 minutes away. Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral or Playalinda Beach a short 20-minute drive. Titusville's beach, Playalinda, on the Canaveral National Seashore, is the longest stretch of undeveloped public beach on the east coast of Florida. Indian River Lagoon is North America's most diverse estuary with thousands of species of plants and animals and has one of the most diverse bird populations anywhere in America. Nearby Mosquito Lagoon is world renowned for fishing!

The host was very good about communication before, durong, and after my stay. The man next door who manages the property was super friendly and introduced himself to the morning after we arrived. The view was great and as an added bonus, we had an awesome view of two rocket launches. I will definitely try to stay there again.

The Riverfront Pool House has an awesome view of the Indian River. The atmosphere is very quiet and the fishing was good at night. It could use some updates in living room furniture. The pool was clean but the weather was colder than expected. The properly manger and his wife were very helpful and very nice.

We had made this initial booking and then extended by a week because we enjoy staying here so much and we had an opportunity. Communication with Kathy was excellent and the check-in process was smooth. We spent much of our time in the covered outdoor area and in the pool. It is great to see so much wildlife in the lagoon and the contrast of rockets launching over the river. Great stay and we look forward to returning!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay again at this home! We saw dolphins every day and manatees often. Saw 5 rocket launches during our time. The house was, as always, very clean and well appointed. The pool and yard were meticulously maintained. Appreciated Bob and Missy's care and attention during our stay, and Kathy for making the house available for others to enjoy and always being quick to respond when contacted. We had a wonderful stay in this home. This is our second time to Titusville and can say this time was way better than last. We hope to stay in this home every visit going forward. The water out back was amazing. We witnessed stingrays and dolphins, daily! Bob, the property manager was great! Very friendly. You do have to drive through a trailer park to get to the house but they are friendly. Make sure you only go 5mph though!

A great location across the river from the vehicle assembly building. We saw four rocket launches during our stay. Dolphin swam by almost everyday. The sun rises were gorgeous. The host and property manager are very friendly and responsive. The house has everything you need for great vacation.

Awesome Place!!!

This house sits right on the river. Absolutely beautiful views everyday! Launches directly across the river that are watchable from the great sized dock. Can watch manatees and dolphins also. The pool is the perfect temperature for the hot weather and the house is huge and beautiful!! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

My sisters and our families currently live in New Smyrna Beach (FL), Tampa (FL), and Tilton (NH), but Titusville will always be 'home' for us.
