A rustic and chic 400 m2 cottage on 3 levels with a partial view on lake Beauport, offering luxury and a lot of space at the edge of the boreal forest. In the heart of the most prestigious resort, just a few minutes away from downtown Quebec City. Five (5) very comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which feature king size beds, 2 with queen size beds, and 1 double. A refined and minimalist decoration, very comfortable furniture, a full-equipped kitchen, an outside fireplace, an exceptional view on the surrounding nature.

Lac-Beauport is without a doubt the most sought-after place for great outdoor and sport lovers, relaxation and well-being. The house is built just next to the Mont-Tourbillon 18 hole golf course and is 5 minutes away from Pourvoirie du Lac-Beauport (outfitter where you can fish in Summer or ice fish in Winter, do snowshoeing, dogsledding, snowmobile, or horseback riding), or from the lake Beauport nautical club (canoe, kayak, paddle board, pedalo, swimming) and its huge winter ice rink on the lake, Le Relais alpine ski center, Sibéria Spa, a magnificent nordic spa where you can enjoy massages, dry and infrared saunas, hot and cold steam baths, relaxation facilities, a zen café…
The “Boulangerie du Lac” and “Pascal le Boulanger” bakeries make fresh bread, pastries and snacks all-year long. The famous Archibald microbrewery is open for lunch and dinner, and for evening drinks at the bar or terrace. The elegant Entourage-sur-le-Lac hotel is famous for its weekend brunch and refined local cuisine, to be enjoyed with a magnificent view on lake Beauport. “L’Érablière du Lac-Beauport” (sugar shack) gives you a chance to discover the very Canadian tradition of maple syrup.
The “Sentiers du Moulin” has more than 60 km of trails to choose from for mountain biking, fatbiking, snowshoeing and crosscountry skiing.

La résidence est magnifique, très propre. Petits irritants: lave vaisselle brisée, chasse d'eau toilette rez de chaussée brisée, sonnette de porte fonctionne pas. C'est mineur, on bien aimé cette résidence.

Superbe propriété et gestionnaire impeccable

La propriété est vraiment superbe, dans un bel emplacement boisé et en hauteur, même une vue sur le lac Beauport à partir du 2e étage. Le travail des gestionnaires de la propriété a été formidable afin de satisfaire nos besoins et ceux du propriétaire: bravo pour ce service impeccable. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable en famille.

Wonderful home

Very clean, well appointed; every amenity you could think of and then some. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful setting. Quick drive to everywhere we visited (e.g. Old Quebec, Quebec City, etc.) We would stay here again, and again!
