Welcome to 208 Grandview Drive! This beautiful custom cottage tucked in the forest features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With 2 King bed master suites, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, 2 additional rooms, 1 with Full bunk beds, and a stand alone Queen bedroom, this spacious mountain home is perfect for large families or groups. An additional sleeping area downstairs with a butler kitchen and Queen Murphy Bed make this a truly unique home.
The main level of this home features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, Playstation and a wood burning fireplace. It also boasts a large dining room with ample seating and a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, dining wear, and a Kuerig Coffee Pot. Around the corner from the kitchen is the laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer. Off the main floor, there is a spacious back deck with beautiful forest views and a small creek running beside the house. There is even a wood burning fireplace outside and a propane grill, perfect for cool mountain evenings.
Three bedrooms sit on the main level of this home. The first bedroom contains a King Bed and private Bath. A second bedroom sleeps 2 on dual Full Bunk Beds and a third Queen Bedroom complete the main level. Between these two bedrooms is an additional bathroom.
Downstairs, you will find an additional living area with a sectional couch and flat screen TV, dart board. Also featured on this level is a King Bedroom with beautiful stone shower and access to the second deck is with additional outdoor entertainment space. One of the highlights of this floor is its Butlers Kitchen complete with a second full size refrigerator/freezer and Queen Murphy Bed.
This home is perfect for large families or groups looking to relax and unwind in the beautiful fresh mountain air. Easy access to both the Lake Club and our award winning Golf Course this home is perfect for the whole family.

A Great Mountain Getaway with TONS of space
