Luana Kai is located in North Kihei, ocean front to one of the longest stretches of beach on island! It is also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The resort features an outdoor heated pool, a sauna, spa, cabana kitchen and BBQ area, shuffleboard, tennis, and nine-hole putting greens. Please note this resort does not have elevators and there are No Resort or Parking Fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
