Living room has a queen sofa sleeper, plenty of seating, wall mounted SMART TV and also features new ductless split AC. Kitchen has more than enough tools and utensils to whip up meals at home. New cabinets, stainless appliances, and stone counters make this a dream for the chef of the family.
Both bedrooms have their own Split AC unit for those needing a bit more cool air than the famous trade winds can provide. Spacious Primary bedroom offers a King bed and has its own en suite bathroom with large vanity area for getting ready. The huge lanai can be accessed via large glass sliders from this room.
Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made into a comfortable King bed upon request. Second bathroom is located conveniently outside this room and has a walk-in shower and a large vanity for getting beach ready.
Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit along with beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach wagon for use during your stay.
Luana Kai is an oceanfront complex that sits on a beautiful park and a white sand beach. This resort has many amenities to enjoy with four tennis and pickleball courts, free self-parking, a heated freshwater swimming pool, hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2.5-mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby including Keawakapu, Kamaole I, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, and Charley Young. Close to downtown Kihei with many shops and restaurants to explore and an exceptional location to be able to venture to other parts of the island. Side note, the entire complex is a non-smoking property and there are not elevators, one flight of stairs will be necessary.
