About this property

New Luxury Vacation home only minutes to the beaches on Hilton Head Island. Wonderful open layout with full size kitchen and living room on the first floor. The first floor has luxury vinyl plank, large smart TV, stainless steel appliances and a nice screened in porch which allow you to relax and enjoy 26 Pink Sand Lane. Living room has a large sectional couch to watch the TV and enjoy the electric fireplace too. There is seating for everyone to sit and eat in the dining area and eat in kitchen. The second floor has all the bedrooms with the master bedroom having a king size bed and en suite master bath with walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen size bed and access to full bath. The second guest room has another queen size bed and also access to full bath. The third guest room has a twin day bed with a trundle bed underneath. The laundry is located in the hall for easy access. The master suite and the first two guest rooms also have smart TVs to watch your favorite shows relaxing in bed. The luxury vacation home sleeps eight people comfortably.

Forest Beach area is just a short drive where you can enjoy free beach parking and free access to Hilton Head Islands beautiful white sandy beaches. Coligny shops and restaurants are located in the Forest Beach area also. Coligny has over 60 shops and restaurants, including many local favorites such as Frosty Frog Cafe for great food and frozen drinks. New York City Pizza, Sage Room and Plantation Deli round out some great local restaurants in Coligny. The new Town of Hilton Head Celebration Park is located in Coligny with a huge grass park and an oversize Pirate ship playground for the kids. Great family fun in the Forest Beach area.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, over 200 shops, 250 restaurants, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches for your family to enjoy. You can go golfing, shopping, sight seeing, dolphin watching, parasailing, jet skiing, biking or relax at the beach. Beautiful new property Furniture and decor was wonderful Appliances and kitchen were new and well stocked Bedrooms were comfortable and a nice size. Very clean and well maintained Overall, I would highly recommend this property

Watch "little fingers"

Strongly recommend that the router not be in a child's room (in the day/trundle bed.) We were also disappointed with the parking. Did NOT like having to park one vehicle on the street. Our vehicle would not fit in between the two units, so it had to be parked across the road where we either left it completely blocking the road or in the grass on an incline with two issues. The angle made it difficult to get into the vehicle and it was extremely close to the bamboo/brush. Overall, the accommodations were great, and it was a convenient location. I did appreciate the "home" feel and positive vibe in the decorations.

Stay was good, parking was tricky, maintenance was hard to get ahold of

The overall stay was good, we had a great time, and it was close drive to the beaches. The property looks like the pictures, it was clean and tidy when we got there. All the amenities mentioned were there. The parking situation was tricky. The driveway was only big enough for one vehicle, and we were advised not to park in the garage from the welcome letter. Other families/friends staying with multiple vehicles were parking on the curb across the street. This then made it difficult for you to back in or out of your driveway because cars lined the opposite side of the street. It was manageable and didnt hinder our vacation at all. The other thing was one of the queen bedroom ceiling fan/light wasn't working. I called two maintenance numbers I found and didnt get a hold of either person. I ended up calling the owner on day 2, he got ahold of maintenance who came out to look at the light. He ended up putting an electrician serivce ticket, this light was not fixed before we checked out on day 6. Overall, the place was nice, close to everything we wanted to do.

Best stay ever

The property is clean and extremely thoughtfully supplied with anything one might want on their vacation. Kitchen has everything needed to make whatever you want to make including two skillets, applesauce, pans, etc. Best vacation property ever!
