This 2nd floor villa stands out amongst the rest! Tastefully updated and completely renovated with all new furnishings, this villa offers ample space for the entire family and extended family to enjoy Hilton Head Island to its fullest. The first level features a beautiful galley kitchen with all new appliances. The dining area opens to the main living area with all new furniture and a large flat screen TV as the focal point of the entertainment space. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is another full bath in the hallway. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has another Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Another full bath rounds out the upstairs space.

The Island House community is a great community just one block from the Atlantic Ocean in South Forest Beach. The complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

March Break Getaway

We were pleased to see that what we saw online is what we got when we arrived. It is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. The property management is very quick to reply to any questions or issues we had. The toaster was broken but it was quickly replaced by a brand-new one. We were very happy with the unit. Just a couple of suggestions: the kitchen could be a little better equipped (it would have been nice to have some wine glasses, a cheese grater, a corkscrew) and the dining table only seats 4 people which was too small for our group of 7. But, other than that, it was great for our vacation.

Amazing Stay!
