This centrally located home features a large living room with 65 inch UHD TV, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and bonus room with desk all on the main level. The lower level has an open family room including a futon for an added bed, the 3rd full bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. Fenced back yard with patio makes for a peaceful place to hang out in the evenings. This home is a 6 min drive to the University of Notre Dame, 10 mins to Downtown South Bend and only 10 mins to the Mall.

All three bedrooms are located on the main level of the home. Living room on main level with family room in the basement with futon/bed, patio in fenced back yard.

Cozy stay

We were in town for a ND football game. The house was clean and comfortable. The coffee maker did not work for single cup brewing. The kitchen could use a corkscrew!
