Very nice unit for our stay, July-Sept. Roomy and comfy, nicely appointed and equipped, quiet spot, nice view from the small backyard. Only drawbacks: limited TV and no guest parking.Our only issue was with the property manager. In early Sept we asked to extend our stay to Oct 5. The manager asked us to pay outside the VRBO platform, against VRBO rules. We did eventually pay through VRBO. Then at the end she accidentally sent the cleaning crew a day early, while we were away. When we got back that evening, we found that some of our own property, like electronics, appliances, linens and kitchen gear, was put away with the condo's supplies. We searched the entire unit but we’re still not sure we found everything. Also, everything in the fridge was gone, about 100 worth. No one stayed in the unit that last night.The manager acknowledged her mistake but blamed it on the VRBO platform. She said she’s no longer going to accept bookings through VRBO, but she’s still listing properties there. We didn’t ask for a refund for the unused night of Oct 4, but we did ask for 100 for the contents of the fridge. She agreed if we would not write a negative review. We said yes in order to get our money back, but later we found that the VRBO website forbids this sort of "extortion," so we chose to post this review and return the 100.In all, the manager left a bad taste at the end of an otherwise nice stay. We'd gladly rent this unit again, but we wouldn't deal with this manager again.
