Xscapecation Oasis is a cozy, comfortable and quiet two -bedroom one bath with carport. You have the entire house to enjoy. This cute place is close to almost everything Tulsa has to offer. Downtown Tulsa and local hospitals are minutes away. Fine dining, shopping and night life is 5-20 minutes away.

Two-bedroom one bath. Queen beds in both bedrooms, with 32” TV’s, built in fire TV stick with access to basic cable, cable TV and movie channels.

House was very clean & comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood & easy access. Beds were comfortable. Layout of house is very nice. A couple suggestions: We had to google how to adjust thermostat, directions weren't very clear. The plug in scent smelled clean when you opened the door but was way too strong. We were on a sales conference & had to go buy a coffee pot in order to take a thermos with us for day, they have a nice pod pot. Thankful we brought our own pots & pans. Dryer took 3 hours to dry 1 load. Yet such a blessing to be able to use a washer & dryer.

Loved our stay! Had all the basic things a good place has, but they went above and beyond with the truly important details. Instructions how to use the thermostat, quality toilet paper, wet wipes, and even a few random drinks/snacks.

Cute little getaway

The home was very cute and cozy and clean. Quick access to highway. If planning to cook, be mindful the kitchen has very limited items. Host responded quickly and was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Great location for TU parents!

We were in town for Tulsa University’s HOCO weekend and this little cottage was in the perfect location. 4 minutes from campus, perfectly decorated, clean and despite being near a busy roadway, was very quiet. Would definitely stay again if our daughter wasn’t a Senior.

Very cozy ,relaxing ,refreshing . There was snacks when we arrived & it was perfect because we had been traveling allday & haven't gotten our food or snacks yet. This location and the communication is very fast ,friendly and willing to help if needed. We really enjoyed staying here and very comfortable. Thankyou for the comfort!!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with nice and thoughtful touches left for us. Neighborhood was a little questionable but we didn’t have any problems. We came for a concert and the property was more than adequate for our needs. If we come again for a similar event we would definitely stay again!

Perfect little quiet house. Well equipped

Very clean, quiet and peaceful, great towels, and linen. We love the house was a perfect three day trip to unwind and spend some quiet time together love the end tables in the master bedroom didn’t even have to pull out. Any of my cords might leave a note in the bathroom that the towels are in the linen closet in the hall. I will stay again if I am in Tulsa again

Very clean nice house!

The house was very nice and clean! Location was a little sketchy with the homeless around but we did not have any issues. They even had little snacks for my daughter in the house! It was very easy to get to the state fair! Our beds were very comfortable as well! Over all we loved it and will book again!

The house was very clean but the kitchen needs some maintenance and updating. For example, the kitchen cabinets were not very functional. The cabinet doors would not close. The toaster didn't work. The bathroom was very small and cluttered. We are not large people but it was difficult to manoeuvre. Some of the doors would not close either. We didn't like the location much as it was next to a very busy road. Also, we didn't like having to pay the insurance. That should be the responsibility of the owner. We always follow instructions and leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Sorry, but I am being honest about the house.

Thank you Junior for your response , yes my home is older so it shifts in certain seasons which makes doors and cabinets stick or not line up! Yes This is a small house, a cluttered bathroom?! All that’s in there is the cabinets tub and stool again yes it’s a smaller house. I also had no idea the toaster wasn’t working. I don’t know these things unless guest let me know! So thanks for telling me, I will get on that asap. We do have insurance protection but that protects you in case you or someone with you damages something!
