From the living room, several doors lead out to the expansive deck, with plenty of patio furniture and seating to allow for outdoor dining, while offering the most spectacular views of Brookville Lake.
The private primary suite is located on the 2nd floor and features a king bed and twin bed, large closet and beautifully done bathroom with individual his/her sinks and custom tile shower. The opposite end of the house contains a separate staircase leading to three additional bedrooms, which are outlined below. Again, there is a spacious bathroom with custom tile shower, as well a cozy loft with additional couch seating and TV for relaxing in the evenings.

The house also showcases a large walkout basement, which is perfect for additional entertainment. With a large leather sectional, stone fireplace, huge bar area, theater room, baseball-themed half bath and several games for the family to enjoy, the basement is the perfect space to take a break from the sun or relax in the evenings. Walk out from the basement onto the lower deck, which features a stone bar with built-in grill and plenty of additional patio seating for guests.

Outdoor amenities at the property include a heated saltwater pool with slide and plenty of gathering areas. Enjoy the water or sit out at any of the loungers spaced around the pool while enjoying the views! Next to the pool is a small putting green and toddler playset to keep the kids busy!
