It was as advertised and really all I needed. An extension cord for the coffee maker in the closet would be good. Also an extension cord for phone chargers by the bed would be helpful.

Overall decent value positioned close to the mountain and directly on the bus route. Very confusing check in procedure with numerous codes some of which don’t work, with multiple doors as well. The WiFi works, but is very slow to the point of it being unusable. Would stay here again in a pinch as it has the bare bone essentials you need for a short ski weekend getaway

Great location

It is a simple and clean place to stay when visiting Mount Snow. It is a great place to catch the bus. It would be nice to have the building number in the address. The instructions for the multiple types of codes, and codes for the inner and outer doors are not straightforward.

Served its purpose

Was looking for basic lodging for a few days of skiing. This was conveniently located with shuttle bus service, comfortable and clean. The only negative was there were 3 wireless routers and the one with the network meant for tenants was turned off - would suggest that they only make this one accessible while renting.

Okemo Trailside Stay

Unit is a little outdated but nice.Not truly a ski in - out since you have to walk on the road about 200 yards to get to the Sachem trail.Condo does need ice cube trays since the ice maker is not working.Also the down stairs bath room heater does not work and would be nice since this is where the bath tub is located

The location was great but we booked this specifically for hot tub/sauna access and neither were on site - we asked the host for more info and were given the resort address for Mount Snow. It was confusing and we would’ve booked somewhere else if we would’ve known the hot tub and sauna were not available.

This was an awful experience. The Wifi and TV did not work. The sink was gross. The bedding was dirty. 1 small trash can. The passcode for the door did not work. I want a refund

Bait and switch

We booked "Cozy Studio" with Kitchen on VRBO website. When we went to checkin with Vacasa (property manager) 24 hours prior, we learned that there was no kitchen, just a bed, bathroom, tv and chair. We attempted to resolve with Vacasa and they would not return our call with a resolution as they had promised. They acknowledged the lack of kitchen but refused a refund. We filed complaint case with VRBO and they would not even refund our $166 booking fee. We spend hours trying to resolve this situation, unfortunately without success. We cancelled our trip and are out $1300.
