The lake house with sauna and movie theatre is a stunning retreat located on the edge of a picturesque lake. This luxurious property is a perfect place for relaxation and entertainment, with all the modern amenities that you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The exterior of the lake house boasts a charming, modern design with natural wood finishes and large windows that offer panoramic views of the surrounding lake and forest. The property sits on a spacious lot that includes a private dock, where you can spend lazy afternoons swimming, fishing or just soaking up the sun.
As you enter the house, you are greeted by a warm and inviting interior, featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings that create a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The living room is elegantly furnished with plush sofas, a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, providing the perfect setting for movie nights or relaxing evenings with friends and family.
The lake house also boasts a state-of-the-art movie theatre, complete with a projector, surround sound system and comfortable seating for the ultimate viewing experience. After a long day of activities, unwind in the soothing warmth of the sauna, located just steps away from the living area. The sauna is equipped with modern amenities such as temperature control and mood lighting, creating a relaxing atmosphere to rejuvenate your body and mind.
When it comes to dining, the lake house has a fully-equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances and a spacious dining area that can accommodate large groups. You can also enjoy your meals outside on the spacious deck, which is equipped with a BBQ grill, mini fridge and outdoor seating.
Fully private lake house with 24-hour self-entry access. You will have exclusive access to all the amenities that this property has to offer, including a sauna and hot tub(Currently out of Service) to relax in after a long day of swimming or fishing on the lake. The dock on the water provides easy access for boating or just lounging by the water. You can also enjoy grilling your favorite meals on the BBQ and keeping your drinks chilled in the mini-fridge. As the night falls, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and enjoy the tranquil ambiance of the lake.

The private lakehouse neighborhood in Northern Ontario specifically located in is a picturesque community nestled amongst dense forests and crystal-clear lakes. It is an idyllic retreat for those seeking privacy, seclusion, and a connection to nature. The neighborhood is composed of a small number of exclusive properties, each one boasting stunning views of the Wood lake and surrounding wilderness.
House Rules:
HOUSE RULES:
1. "There is no place like home." That is my rule, treat the lake house like your home and take care of the place. Suck the life out of every day. Enjoy yourself, you are on vacation!
2. NO SMOKING inside the house.
3. PETS are not welcome. Owner is Allergic.
4. Garbage: You are responsible for returning the cottage in the same clean condition as received at time of check-in. Before check-out, guest/guests are required to remove all bags of garbage from the premises, clean or put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, put all towels in a pile in the laundry room, and put all indoor and outdoor furniture back in their original places. Failure to do so may result in higher-than-normal cleaning fees which guest/guests will be responsible for. As the guest/guests you are responsible for taking all garbage and recycling with them upon checkout given that we do not enjoy the same municipal services as a typical urban setting. Failure to do so will result in an extra fee of $100 per bag.
5. Parking: Long driveway with ample parking! Please keep driveway clear for snow removal.
6. Towels and linens: Please strip soiled linens and leave with towels.
7. Kitchen: Please wash all your dishes and allow drying time. Please leave the dishwasher open upon departure
8. Thermostat: The property is controlled by a Honeywell thermostat. Located in the living room on the main floor.
9. Shoes: Everyone likes a clean space. Please take your shoes off at the door.
10. Sauna: Controls are located above the bar, please no water on the heating element and use the coloured Sauna towels located outside the sauna.
11. Firewood: Firewood is supplied for a few fires for outdoors. Please do not use the staging wood as firewood indoors. Pack wood if you are planning on having a fire each night. A fee will be applied if staging wood is used.
12. Wine cellar: You are welcome to enjoy what is stocked for $100.00 a bottle!

Finally. VERY IMPORTANT. IF you happen to break something please speak up. If it is something minor no big deal, we just wish that everything is safe and ready for use for the next traveler coming into the home.
