The Space
A comfortable and stylish stay for 6 guests just outside the city and perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay in the scenic Stone Mountain area.

As you enter, you`ll be greeted by a plush and inviting living room with a large sectional sofa, additional chair, and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home. Within view is the dining area with a round table for good dinner conversation when you eat at home.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for preparing meals at home.

There are 3 bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind. All of the bedrooms feature plush queen beds and Smart TVs! The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has an ensuite bathroom. And there is another full bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 to share that features a tub/shower combo.

Outside, you can relax on the patio and enjoy the fresh air in the backyard. It`s a great spot to relax, have a cup of coffee, or simply soak up the sunshine.

Other notable features of this home include a billiards room with a felt pool table and ready for some indoor fun! Also, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair set up for the remote worker or student.


Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, our home offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to parks, recreation and other attractions in the area and with downtown Atlanta just 15 miles away!

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
Nestled in the quiet and residential neighborhood of Stone Mountain, known for its beautiful views and is ideal for nature lovers, with nearby parks and hiking trails to explore. You`ll find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and golf just a short drive away. This area offers a delightful atmosphere and convenient access to local attractions.

Getting Around
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 18 miles from the property.

There’s parking at the home in the driveway for 2-3 cars and plenty of transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

It’s a two-story home with stairs.

This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets are allowed at this property.
