Come enjoy this prime vintage home that is being transformed for modern recreation and relaxation!
This two story home, that is located on a golf course, offers a spacious open concept, ideal for families and/or friends to gather. When you step through the front door it will be obvious that the house is set up for pleasurable relaxation for groups of game-playing & entertainment. The highlight of the property is the backyard which has recently been converted into a setting for full-fledged fun. In addition to a large-size pool and hot tub there is an official Pickleball Court and 4-hole miniature golf course. There is also plenty of turf grass to engage in other yard games which are provided. An outdoor grill and patio allows for a variety of dining experiences, indoors or out. The location of the house is very close to major freeways which allows for easy access for day trips etc. In addition to the Foothills Golf Club (by Troon) there are several other nearby gold courses within a 30 minute radius. Also, there is a plethora of hiking trails and cycling routes. Access to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants is a mere 1/2 mile away, however, beyond that distance exists dozens of excellent eating choices. Several shopping venues (from high-end to outlet malls), spas & casinos are within a 20 minute radius. So much fun!

Great for a family get together! We had so much fun enjoying the pool, hot tub and pickle ball. All was provided and easy to get to.

Great experience, great house for 4 couples. New pool and hot tub.

There was 4 couples, even a fifth for a week, and we all had a great time getting away from the cold for 3 weeks. Great house, 4 bedrooms,4 smart tvs, pool hot tub. Great get-a way.

A little piece of Heaven - in Phoenix.

Had a great time at this location. The house was beautiful and include all the amenities to may the stay memorable. Whether is was swimming in the large pool, playing pickle ball, or challenging others to a quick round of putting, there were plenty of ways to enjoy this location. This property was fantastic, it was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The pickleball court and pool were the highlight, with all the necessary equipment and pool toys/floats. The T.V.’s came with streaming of most platforms and the home had two large tables to play games. Great vacations spot for families!

Absolutely loved our stay!

Our host was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The family home was warm and welcoming, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The pool was gorgeous-a perfect spot to relax and unwind. And having a pickleball court right there was such a fun bonus! We spent hours enjoying the game and making memories. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a great mix of comfort, fun, and hospitality.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

This is the most amazing place-our extended family has been taking family vacays for 10 years and this has been the absolute Best!!! Gorgeous backyard with SO MUCH to do - the swimming pool and pickleball were used extensively every day!! And the hosts went above and beyond on communication and also all the supplies that were provided!! We all LOVED IT!!!!

Activity Fun House

This is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The activities at this house is unbelievable. Pickleball court was a huge hit with all of us. Pool and hot tub was beautiful and so relaxing. Putting green was used daily as well. Backs up to a beautiful golf course. There is so much to do at this house we didn’t even have to go look for fun activities outside of the house. Inside the house was great. 3 very comfortable king size beds, queen bed and a room with futons. So much room. Highly recommend this house. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance too.
