PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

HEATED POOL:
Additional $75 per day to heat the pool if requested. This must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. The heat will be active for the length of your stay. We suggest for a comfortable swim temperature to choose the pool heat option for travel dates in Oct-May 31st.

POOL LIGHT:
LED color changing light is activated at sundown & will put on a show.

BULLFROG SPA:
Will be active no matter what, at no charge.

OUTDOOR FIREPIT:
Natural Gas firepit is super easy to activate with a turnkey and lighter.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN GRILL:
This beautiful kitchen has a TV, gas grill, mini fridge and built in garbage.

MASTER BEDROOM 1st floor:
The first-floor master suite has a king size bed, TV, his and her closet, full laundry room and an ensuite spa style bathroom.

LAUNDRY ROOM 1 of 2:
Located in the 1st floor master bedroom suite.

FULL BATHROOM 1st Floor:
A separate full bathroom is located on the first floor.

KITCHEN:
The cook’s kitchen has an electric double oven for cooking, gas powered range, microwave, spices & much more for cooking large meals with the family. We spared no expense from the KitchenAid mixer to the SMEG appliances and much more. Make lasting memories & book a private chef with our concierge store.

MASTER BEDROOM 2nd floor:
The 2nd-floor master suite has a king-size Arhaus canopy bed, TV, large walk-in closet, an ensuite spa style bathroom with a dual head shower large enough to fit 10 people. The Camelback Mtn views from this room will make everyone jealous!

BUNK BED SUITE:
This room is a showstopper and took months for a Master Carpenter to build to our specs. The mattresses are all queen-sized; each space has its own light and wall outlets to charge your phone. This room is not just for kids and will more than hold the weight of any adults. (4 Queen sized mattresses)

GUEST BATHROOM 2nd floor:
This double-vanity bathroom is located just outside of the bunk bed suite.

LAUNDRY ROOM 2:
Located in the upstairs hallway, equipped with a full washer and dryer setup.

CAMELBACK LOUNGE:
Million-dollar Camelback Mtn views from the 2nd story Camelback Lounge. This room has all the fun from Golden Tee, Ms. Pac Man, bar setup & lounge, Mini fridge, 65” TV, board games and even a queen pull out couch. (Queen-sized pull-out mattress) Step outside on the patio deck with a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the views! Full closet, so this room can be a 6th bedroom if you like.

FOODIES:
The kitchen is stocked to the max with all the tools from spices to dining essentials to host a dinner party with a private chef. Please reach out for recommendations or check our concierge store to book a private chef.

GARAGE:
The garage is large enough for 2 vehicles and a custom code will be sent just prior to your arrival.

CLEANING:
We have an extensive sanitation and cleaning processes between all rentals.
