The Apollo+Iris is a brand new duplex located in Lower South End. Each side of the duplex is a 3 bed/2.5 bath. The home is a ~5 minute walk to some of the best breweries and bars in Charlotte. Additionally, it's conveniently located ~10 minutes walking distance from the Light Rail which provides access to South End, Uptown, and NoDa. Other nearby attractions include the Charlotte Convention Center, the Panther's Bank of America Stadium, and the Charlotte Airport.

The home itself feels extremely spacious at 4,300 sq. ft total! Finally, there is a back patio and fenced in yard which are great for pets!
