Backyard has a grill, a fully screened back porch, fire pit, a private dock on Willow Pond, and lots of space to entertain a group and have fun! Boasts TWO Master bedrooms, both with king beds, and additional 3 upstairs bedrooms. 3 spacious full bathrooms equipped with all the essentials will make your guests will feel right at home. We renovated and equipped this home to be everything our extended family would want in a vacation rental - we want our guests to have an exceptional experience and enjoy everything we love about this property too!

PRIME location - only 2 minutes away from Lake Wylie, 5 minutes from Walmart/Publix and all the restaurants/retail/etc. along the Charlotte Hwy corridor, and 10 minutes away from the Lake Wylie Village Center. It's got proximity to everything, but still feels private, quiet, and tucked away into nature. This property is surrounded by residential horse farms and gorgeous scenic countryside. 15 minute drive from Historic downtown Belmont, NC. 20 minutes away from the National Whitewater Center.
