Spacious RV with separate sleeping areas in Living and Bedroom. Living room has a full bed and 2 couches, and the bedroom has a king. Kitchen and dining area. Full refrigerator, air fryer, microwave and stove. Seating for 4 at the dining table and large picnic table outside. The club house, pool, gym and jacuzzi are close by. Private quiet street. BBQ and Pets are allowed. Very pet friendly park. Beautiful natural setting and nice breeze with trees and shade. One car parking

This RV park has an awesome location, location, location. Close to everything. All shopping is close by and every night a handful of restaurants, fast food and pizza is available to pick up or have delivered.

Boat ramp is available on property for small craft.
Downtown Bradenton and Sarasota are close by with venues for shows, arts, and entertainment.

RV fifth wheel

Very nice park and amenities. Plenty of activities if you you want to join.Kitchen could have more pots, pans and skillet. Unit was clean.

Centrally located

This property is centrally located to everything you need as a family and to the local beaches. This property is right of the interstate, although you don’t hear the interstate at all, which allows for direct access to many things. The property was as described. We spent time away with family mostly, but the clubhouse pool was a nice feature when we didn’t have other plans. The property manager and her family were great to work with and accommodating.

Why they chose this property

I love the neighborhood because it is pet friendly and located near everything. The beaches and downtown are close by, as well as the airport. All conveniences for basic shopping and food restaurants are close by.

What makes this property unique

Being pet friendly is an important feature to me because I travel with a small dog and most places refuse or charge a large fee for pets. I stay at hotels that charge $50-75 PER NIGHT EXTRA for a dog, which is unfair for us animal lovers. I DO NOT CHARGE ANY PET FEE.
