Welcome to Cozy Seashore, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the beautiful Shorewalk condominium resort, just minutes away from IMG Academies, shopping, dining and the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria Island.

The resort features 2 large heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, children’s playground and shuffleboard. There is a clubhouse which offers ping pong, an inside pool table room and a large screen TV. Grill up your catch of the day or some burgers on the over-sized gas grills located in the common areas.

This newly decorated unit overlooks one of the 5 lakes from the lanai and best of all, is just steps from the pool area. A screened lanai with sliding glass doors to both the living room and master bedroom lets you enjoy the warm Florida breeze while eating a meal or playing a hand of cards. The Cozy living room is bright and airy with high ceilings, has a large HDTV and Wifi is available throughout the home. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to enjoy your breakfast on the lanai, lunch by the pool, or dinner in the dining room.

The master bedroom, with queen bed, has a spacious en-suite bathroom, a large walk in closet to store all of those shopping treasures! The master bathroom has a convenient vanity area with one sink, separate from the tiled walk-in shower. Getting cleaned up after the beach to head out to your favorite seafood restaurant will be a breeze!

The spacious second bedroom has two twin beds and is just across the hall from the 2nd bathroom with a full sized bathtub.

The home also has a full sized stackable washer and dryer in the unit! Nobody likes to pack dirty clothes!

Cozy Seashore is truly a cozy place to spend whatever time you aren't living it up outside in the warm Florida sun!

We had a brief stay for a family wedding. The area which is very familiar to us made it so very nice. Anyone that I’d had to deal with with this preservation has been extremely nice and easy to work with. The furniture is very nice and the initial setup for us was also great. I would definitely if needed ask to stay here again.

Perfect getaway! Awesome spot for multiple families

We stayed at Shorewalk for an extended weekend and loved it! We were with multiple other families and we were all able to have our own places to stay but have common areas to hang out in. The pools were great- tons of seating and room. Aldi and Publix less than a block away.Our condo was great - well appointed. They provided every thing we needed from beach towels and coolers to reusable ice packs. There was a welcome bag with goodies, extra toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and soap. Everything to get you started without having to go straight to the store. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch over looking the pond. Watched the turtles, ducks and fish. It was just a nice place to enjoy your coffee and plan your day. Condo was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Worked out great. Good location, hidden off the main thoroughfares. We did get charged for the stated rental and then separately for the VRBO fee after booking the listing. The quoted total charge was not accurate based on this odd practice.

First stay in Bradenton

Property was very nice with a lot of amenities and convenient location. We actually walked to a nearby plaza with a Publix Supermarket, Restaurant and shops. Bradenton Beach was about 20 minute ride and other beaches close by, as well. We played shuffleboard, pickleball, and tennis at Shore walk. Check in instructions were precise and easy. Everything was super clean. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the pond and fountain for breakfast. An added amenity which we thought was really nice was that Property Mgr, Island Dreams Realty, provided a lot of essentials that you would need for a week or two, such as paper towels, toilet tissue, liquid dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, clothes washer detergent, trash bags, etc. We would not hesitate to book this property, again.

Two weeks at Shorewalk

We spent two weeks at this two bedroom condo. Great location in the complex. Comfortable bed, nice layout. Unit not updated but comfortable. Washing machine didn’t work properly and we contacted property management twice without any action. Coffee maker didn’t work great, had to push buttons for several cycles to brew a whole pot. Would be nice to have some Windex handy with all glass dining and coffee tables. We bought a new kitchen wastebasket because the one there was cracked. Overall nice stay.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Cozy Seahore. We consider kitchen and bathrooms not updated, but that is of course shown in the pictures and reflected in the price. We unfortunately have no record of email, call or voicemail about the washing machine and our cleaners have not shared any issues with the washing machine after your departure, but we will certainly look into that. Our apologies if we somehow overlooked your attempts of contact, as we are here to help and always want to immediately address such issues. Update 4/21: washing machine was repaired by an appliance technician.
