Situated in the hills of Incline Village, this 3 bedroom/3 bath home is the perfect cozy getaway. With views of Lake Tahoe and the beautiful Tahoe Forest, you can comfortably sleep 6-8 people. Enjoy panoramic views and a private bathroom while staying in the master bedroom. The two spare bedrooms are very spacious and share a full bathroom just down the hallway. All bedrooms are on the second floor with a California King bed and a television equipped with DirecTV. If you need extra space, the first floor has a pull-out sofa near the main living space and has access to a full bathroom.

One of the best features of this cozy Tahoe home is the expansive back patio. Enjoy stunning views while eating dinner with plenty of seating to accommodate your group. Immerse yourself in the Tahoe Forest, soak in the lake views and enjoy the fresh mountain air. This home does not have air conditioning currently.

The garage is a one-car garage and has plenty of storage for skis and beach equipment. Please be careful driving up the long driveway, especially during winter. In the winter, you cannot park on the street and must park all vehicles in the garage or driveway. Most amenities are approximately a short 10-minute drive. With easy access to Mt. Rose Highway, Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, Crystal Bay casinos and the Tahoe East Shore, you can experience a little bit of everything Tahoe has to offer.

Please Note: There is no beach access to Incline beaches at this time. However, Kings Beach and Sand Harbor are both nearby and public beaches. As a reminder, we don't allow pets nor smoking. 8 guests is the maximum group size allowed. No parties. Please note the outdoor furniture may not be accessible during winter season. Driveway is narrow and steep, but it gets clear every snowstorm (4-wheel drive is required when snowing).
