The location of this property was excellent. Close to the lake, beaches and restaurants. Lots of room for couples or large family. It is not super clean but acceptable for sure.

Brent was very easy to work with and always answered back quickly if we had a question. The cabin was very Tahoe! It was beautiful! The beds were comfortable but mattresses were on the firm side. The pictures on the website matched what the cabin looked like. It was close to the lake, Kings beach and eateries and shopping. We hope to stay again!

The house is beautiful and plenty of room for the five of us, the first problem was the alarm as we open the door it was going off and I did not have a code. It took a half hour to get the situation handled. Second problem ran out of toilet paper there was not enough for five people. Overall, our stay was wonderful wonderful weather, beautiful location.

It’s truly hard to defend when someone’s so inept that they can’t turn an alarm code off when they walk in the house following the instructions that were given. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom along with spare toilet paper in the laundry room cabinet is not something that you leave a response or negative comment about. I don’t understand why people think they’re in abilities should be left on a comment section.

This is a great cabin and a great value for the area. We spent four nights there and loved every minute of it. It is a short walk to the beach without the beachfront price. We loved it.

There was no air conditioning. The main floor was 79 degrees and upstairs where the bedrooms were was even hotter. When you opened the windows at night the road noise was very loud. The location was fabulous! The house was well equipped but things were quite worn. All of the plates and bowls were chipped enough to cut your hands on when you washed dishes the towels to strings, the pans missing their original coating, stains on the carpet, had to buy toilet paper. It is 100-200 less per night then a lot of the competition.

Unfortunately, I can’t control first world problems. The home hasn’t required air-conditioning for as long as I’ve owned it. It’s an unseasonably hot summer. I recommended opening the skylights, but unfortunately, she didn’t follow my advice. I generally offer two rolls of toilet paper and eat each bathroom but when there are nine women staying for five days, additional toilet paper may need to be purchased. I generally purchase a brand new set of dishesat the end of each summer, but it’s not the end of summer. Unfortunately, some people are extremely hard to please

Our group of nine ladies for a girlfriend's getaway had a lovely time. The only draw back but not major was the pictures posted of the bedrooms does not show the height of the beds, so for a few of our shorter ladies it was a bit difficult to maneuver. There were a few minor items, such as no backup toilet paper stock, we had only two roles of toilet for 4 days with nine ladies. The clean towels when we arrived were in the dryer still damp. The kitchen window screen was not in place, we did find the screen the day we were leaving in the garage. Beyond these few minor things, the house did feel like a home. There was adequate seating for everyone. The kitchen was comfortable for three to four ladies to work together cooking. We had great weather and enjoyed our time. Brent our host was prompt to respond to our texts. We would recommend this property as a nice rental.
